Cancellation 

When you make a final booking for an appointment it means that appointment is reserved only for you and that no one else can make a booking in that period and because of that all cancellations has to be made before 24 hours of booked appointment. If you miss your appointment or want reschedule or cancel it in 24 hours before booked appointment you will be charged full amount or your voucher will be redeemed.

Wellness Studio J'adore owner, management and staff reserve the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds issued.

​Arrival time

We suggest arriving 5 minutes prior to your appointment, as you will need this time to unwind and also to fill out our consultation form. Please respect your appointment time. Your treatment will end at its originally scheduled time to prevent a delay for the next client.

Payment

All payments are to be made in advance online, vouchers and cash.

Kindly pay the fee to the therapist on  your arrival.

If you've paid online please bring your voucher printed or on a mobile phone to a therapist.

Cleanliness

 Sterilization and sanitization of our equipment take place after every service and treatment. We kindly remind all our customers to ensure a good level of personal hygiene before coming for a treatment.

You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive email confirmation of your purchase. If you redeem your voucher during this 14 calendar day period, you will lose your right to cancel the purchase.
