  • It’s recommended to book your appointment couple of days in advance how you can be sure that your date and time is available for you. If you are looking to book a weekend appointment please contact us week or two in advance.

  • Notice: please be patient, the therapist will reply in next available moment. We can’t reply on hidden, unknown or private numbers.


  • Bookings made in less then 24h of appointment can’t be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge. Payments will be processed or your voucher will be redeemed. If you are not sure that you can make it, please book another date and time in the first contact with us.



  • Vouchers/orders bought directly in Wellness Studio J’adore or through our website need to be cancelled or rescheduled 24h before an arranged appointment. Free of charge.

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule date in less then 24h you will be charged the full amount of booked appointment or your voucher will be redeemed.

  • If you can’t attend to the agreed appointment it may be given to your friend or family member.

  • If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will finish as it’s originally scheduled a time to prevent delay for the next client.

  • If you didn’t show up for your appointment, it will be charged full amount or your voucher will be redeemed.

  • The studio reserves the right to modify special offers and price lists without any notice.

  • It is not possible to add an additional discount to the already created special offers.

  • In case the client has two or more discount vouchers it is possible to use only one of them for one treatment.

  • Massage packages and treatments purchased directly in Wellness Studio J’adore or through our website can be used within 90 days from the day of purchase.

  • Refunds for massage packages and orders directly through our website can be made within 14 days from the day of purchase.

  • The studio reserves the right to change schedules, cancel or reschedule appointments in case of need.

  • Notice: Please respect our policy, we need to be fair to other clients and staff. Everyone has the same chance to book an appointment, cancel or reschedule.




  • The client must be 16 years old or older. If the client is younger then 16, parents / legal guardians need to be in the same room or in the studio.

  • Arrival time – please come 5 minutes before your appointment. Your treatment will originally end as it’s scheduled the time to prevent delay for the next client. In case of a client's delay in the scheduled appointment that should contain more than one treatment, the client must comply with the scheduled order that the therapist has made.

  • Notice: Staff and management are not responsible for the traffic, parking, lost stuff, emergency situations and other circumstances.

  • Every new client needs to fill out client form about his medical history before treatment. All information needs to be correct and true. With your signature, you take responsibility for any consequences if the provided information wasn’t true.

  • Massage is not suitable for clients with broken bones, high blood pressure, any contagious skin diseases, pregnant women, open wounds, high body temperature, varicose veins, cancer. Clients under the influence of alcohol or opiates will not be treated and their appointment will be charged full amount or voucher redeemed.

  • Electro – reflexology is not suitable for pregnant women and persons with a pacemaker, Parkinson’s disease, Epilepsy, broken / damaged bones, varicose veins.

  • If you are a regular client and something has changed in your health condition you have to inform your therapist about this before treatment.

  • If the health condition does not allow you to use one of our services, the studio must be notified at least 24 hours before the appointment so that can be properly dealt with it. (can be resolved in time).

  • If the therapist evaluates that particular treatment is unsuitable for your health, the client is obligated to accept advice. If you do not want to accept therapists advice, you take full responsibility for the consequences of the treatment.

  • If we are not able to proceed with a fully booked appointment due to your health condition your voucher will still be redeemed and we are not able to refund that part of the package. If you agree with our company policy regarding this issue, the therapist will start your treatment.

  • The duration of the treatment can be reduced by the client's decision. If this is done, the client is obligated to cover the full cost of the booked appointment, regardless of the reasons for the interruption.

  • One hour massage session includes the front side of the legs, arms, the back side of the legs, back, neck and shoulders.

  • Clients need to wear underwear during the massage session. If you don’t have underwear, please ask staff members for disposable panties.

  • We kindly remind all our clients to ensure a good level of personal hygiene before coming to the appointment. Therapists has the right to refuse any client with poor hygiene, bad manners, sexual association.

  • Notice: Please don’t ask any staff members for inappropriate favours. Our service is entirely therapeutic and non – sexual in any nature.

  • An official complaint about any of the services provided can be made within 24 hours of writing on with the full explanation. After considering the whole situation the manager will inform you about possible options.
